It'd be good to have a function that prints out the types of votes in the houses (the sigla), or a small dataset with the same thing. Like:

Abbreviation            Term    

MPV                         Medida Provisoria

Something like that.

Also, maybe we could include a column that it is an English translation, and it could also be used for the result of sen_statement_list().

Done in sen_bills_types() (not the translation).
