sendall has implemented the submission. Still waiting for collectall

Some bunches of commit have been set-up the systematic to be sent to the cluster. Also, the harvesting and the creation of a 'systematic_mod.py' file is automatized.
Every time the user calculate a systematic and then collect it, the 'collectall' script will call the 'resumesys' script in order to create the 'systematic_mod.py' file in the top of the working directory; this file (a python module) is used by the related cross-sections scripts. There is still a 'systematic_mod' module in the Utils folder which is going to be deprecated, just it is keep it because compatibility when the systematic are still not calculated and the user wants to extract cross-section values.
