I have upgrade bugnet to last version. I cant give role to new users. But i can give old users.

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'UserId', table 'BugNetNew.dbo.BugNet_UserRoles'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
The statement has been terminated.

I have noticed that when i create new user no record in the aspnet_users table.
