Result isn't correct for high bitdepth

Both SmoothT
and SmoothST
have this issue. The effect of the filtering becomes very weak for 9- or 10-bit input compared to 8-bit input. For 12- or 16-bit input, the filter becomes doing nothing at all.

That's because the thresholds aren't internally scaled with the bit depth. I should make them percentages.

For what it's worth, Myrsloik recommends to keep parameters relating to pixel values unscaled.
