Add a gentoo ebuild

As a Gentoo user, I'd like to install it through Portage :)

I'm not really familiar with Gentoo, but I assume an ebuild for xh has to be created in either https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo or https://github.com/gentoo/guru? If you can help us add xh to one of those repos, then that would be greatly appreciated!
In the meantime, you can use install.sh to quickly install xh:
curl -sfL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ducaale/xh/master/install.sh | sh

Update: xh has been added to the GURU Project Repository 🎉
