Elevated Permissions for Community Leaders

We currently have (to my knowledge) two sets of permissions (not including things like translation managers) on the Community Platform: user and admin.
It would be useful if we could have another division for Community Leaders (or provide admin permissions, depending on how 'powerful' they are) that would allow us to do such things as rename IA Pages, deploy to Beta (if possible), and moderate Instant Answer page fields.
I think some additional permissions would go a long way towards making the development/review process a lot smoother - currently there are a lot of (simple) tasks for which we have to ping a staff member/existing admin and have them perform the updates which can several days; time which can put developers off!
Any thoughts?
👍 I think this would be a massive benefit; for us it seems unusual for us to be able to customise and help the developers on the repository however we are unable to assist on any issues around metadata or changes.
