Update ownership of cedexis-radar.net to "Citrix Systems Inc"

cedexis-radar.net is currently listed (in cedexis-radar.net.json ) as being owned by Cedexis.
However, Cedexis was bought by Citrix (as seen at http://cedexis.com/ andn in cedexis.com.json.
I believe that cedexis-radar.net.json should be updated to point to Citrix as the owner.
Also, if I'm understanding the organizational structure of the repository correctly, Citrix Systems Inc.json should be updated to add cedexis-radar.net as a value under "properties".
