possible false positive: Zendesk chat widget blocked

On many sites (using Vivaldi browser with "Block Trackers" enabled, which employs this list) with Zendesk customer service integration, the "Live Chat" or "Chat with us" button does not work. The browser blocks the chat widget, which I believe comes from a rule in this file:
domains/US/zopim.com.json
In the browser, the Network tab in Developer Tools displays this (slightly obfuscated):

Obviously, just about any script can contain some tracking elements, but killing the ability to chat on so many sites seems like a high price to pay for something which appears primarily intended to add significant functionality. Can you investigate, and possibly make these rules more granular?
