base64 encode string to image by base64 decode rendering in IE7

- What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.IETester execute.
2.IE7 Tab open.
3.go to "http://ie7-js.googlecode.com/svn/test/object-base64.html"

- What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i'd expect to see a image by base64 decode in IE7.
but i can't see a image.
(i can see a image in IE8.)
