Issue in removing fisheye effect from a video

Hi All,
I am working on removal of fisheye effect from a video, I have tried with different possible methods but not able to achieve the proper results.
I am having the sample image of a human face which is having fisheye effect, which is recorded from a very closer to camera.
I am trying since last 1 month but not getting results.
Whether I need to use camera calibration, opencv's undistort function python's defisheye library. I am getting very stuck at this point
I am providing here one sample image, if you have any solution or suggestion on this please give it asap.
