Add Vivo (Brazil ISP)

Hello. I'd like to contribute by asking to add Vivo, an ISP from Brazil (just like Verizon, AT&T) that sucks. Actually, all of them suck, but with Vivo it's even worse.

Their password rule is: it must be a number consisting of 6 digits. Really. No letters.

See the screenshot bellow. Under the password field, it says "The password is made up of 6 numbers"

I tried to take a screenshot of the page where you can change your password, but I couldn't, because it just says they're going under maintenance. As I said, they suck.

Vivo is the largest communications company in Brazil. Such a big company with the dumbest rules I've ever seem.
