Generated Kotlin code produces lots of warning

I guess most of them are not problematic... but they seem to indicate redundant/illformed comparison to null, casts, etc. Maybe it would be good to check these warnings and try to solve so of them?

The Kotlin compiler necessary for the compilation of the generated code is now embedded in the KMF Maven plugin.
This plugin now only forwards the compilation Errors.
