Login should be disabled in offline mode

clicking the login icon in offline mode leads to an error page

Some possibilities:

in offline mode, clicking the icon will produce a popup: "You're offline, can't log you in"
in offline mode, hide the icon (but in this case the text when first clicking a favorite makes no sense, so perhaps solution 1 is better)
