`cd` is still broken in latest release uber-jar

Thanks for the awesome package.

I noticed there were some patches to fix the cd breakage in closh. However it doesn't look like the release jar has been updated to fix this.

On a related note, can the README be updated to include instructions for how to generate the uber-jar?

Hmm I think I made a mistake, and I'm having a different issue. I'll resolve this for now.
