Choice of the second factor should have a default value

It would be great to have a default choice when choosing the second factor.

This would permit to just press enter instead of having to type a number.

When you have only one choice, users are quite annoyed to select only one option.

Users could just press enter for example to send a duo push.

Using the autopush is not an option as we are using otp module of the yubikey which need to keep autopush to no.
