Make the repo no_std by default requiring `alloc` feature to use GadgetStrategy and plonk-related stuff

We no longer need any std related code. Therefore the repo can be completely no_std and only requires to use alloc feature to enable plonk and therefore the capability to fill the StandardComposer.
