[Feature Request] Improve support for multi-byte character encoding

As shown in this gif, the UI seems to break down when Japanese and other multibyte characters are input.

Specifically, the following happens

  • The right border is drawn incorrectly.
  • The end of the long line is not visible.

I followed the code for a while but could not find the cause, so I need your help.

Environment

OS: macOS Ventura 13.4
version: oatmeal 0.13.0
