Per-folder favorites?

Instead of one global favorites file...

  • Allow favorites file per folder
  • Build favorites list by appending all favorite files in folder hierarchy all the way to $HOME (favorites in current folder at the top, $HOME favorites last)

This will increase utility of favorites feature while working on projects. It's simple enough that I'd be happy to do it if project owners agree it is worthwhile
