Level requirements off

I don't know if i'm missing something but some of the level req seems a little off, i've completed the marksman class and unlocked a few weapon blueprints (desert eagle etc) and i am about lvl 60 now, but i can't craft the GunSmithing Station until lvl 120? What´s the point getting blueprints and all but i can't make the weapons until much later level? Or if i am missing something completely

If you are lucky you will find a gun smithing station for sale at a trader for dukes.

Otherwise yeah, it is a bit of a grind to get there!
