MBP with notch having spacing change when expend

Describe the bug
Not sure if it is the notch or dual monitor (this happen on the bottom monitor) that causing this spacing issue.
When the expend button is clicked, the icon spacing changes
Steps to reproduce
-
Dual monitor setup
-
Enable Hidden
-
Hide some icons
-
Click unhide on menu bar of the lower display with the notch

Expected behaviour
Spacing not changed

Did you guys considered doing this? this program is bartender. I think this is the only solution for 14"/16" notched macbooks menu bars.
