Is there a Way to Auto Close the Hidden Bar dialog after login?

Describe the bug
When I restart my Mac Mini the Hidden Bar dialog appears at startup. I would like it to run at login, but not show the dialog.
Steps to reproduce
Restart Mac
Expected behaviour
It should start and minimize to the menu bar.

Try turning off "Show preferences on launch."
