build: Create binaries, publish to Debian

It would be great to package the project up using pkg, then propose to publish to Debian.

The steps (should) be:

1. Use pkg to create the self-contained binary.
2. Create distro packages with fpm (see https://fpm.readthedocs.io/en/latest/use-cases/make-install.html)
3. Submit the packages
4. Update the documentation to note how to use the packages for your project.
