No way to continue bracket

I started a bracket after voting in the elimination phase was completed. However, after hitting the request, it's in a state where the bracket cannot continue.
From my perspective, there's a link for the Elimination Ballot, but it's empty when you click on it. Under the Actions section, there's no action to move the bracket forward.

I suspect I know what's up. Can you link me to the bracket and I'll get it fixed up for you?
