setup ibc script not working

Describe the bug
its failing to create rollapp keys for the relayer with error "Error: failed to add key: prefix cannot be empty"

the problem comes from the prefix env variable changed from BECH32_PREFIX to BECH32 in the readme and in the script, and if not setting it correct before running the script, because following the readme of main, while using older versions of the scripts, it will fail. but the script is already updated.
