Add ability to rotate selection

Describe your problem:

I have an issue where a pdf is badly scanned so the sentence is not straight. Making it difficult to copy.

Solution you'd like to see:

ability to rotate the selection. Maybe it could be triggered by pressing a key like Meta.

I found this tool. https://www.sejda.com/deskew-pdf . I am sharing it for if other people have the same issue while this feature is not implemented
