Bundle configuration

We would like to implement a bundle configuration entity. As a User, I would like to copy a bunch of repeating config environments over a lot of products.

Create a new menu called Bundles, and use the config detail view to save these settings. We have to extend the existing image / config view to add the ability to copy the bundle there.
