worklog data is not displaying correctly

I created a couple of worklogs and just noticed the dates I choose when creating the worklog don't match the date when I list the worklogs I have. i.e

I think it's a number formatting issue :). But it looks right to me.

@hendricius I would rather think of a timezone issue?
