wish: reload support for "live preview"

Thanks for this tool!
A welcome addition would be the option to automatically re-GET the markdown every few seconds to for a "live preview" effect. Perhaps like this?
http://.../README.html?reload=5
Then the page would refresh every seconds.
I realize there are external extensions to auto fresh, like "Auto Refresh Plus" for Chrome, but it seems more convenient to the previewer also do this.
