add a table of contens?

I'd really appreciate a table of contents with links at the top if you have the time.

Hi @Benjmhart,
I am not sure this list needs table of content now.
The reason behind this is, while visitors scroll the list, looking for something... they might
accidently find something else. This list has a reasonable length so far, but if someone contribute a table of contents, I would accept and merge it
