Reporting of publications does not work

When I click on the button to report publications

the following browser window opens

@anneweber @AndyDaniel1 I'm assuming this is on the front page.

This button triggers the browser built-in function of drafting an Email which should open up your default email client with a new compose window. My guess is that either a security policy on your work PC prevents this or a Chrome plugin does something unexpected.

I tried this with multiple browsers and they all worked as expected.
