Respect install directory when specified

Thanks for a great timer - minimal functionality, just what I wanted.

I just upgraded to 1.9. I first tried installing over 1.8, then uninstalled and installed from scratch. In both cases, the install ignored my specified target directory. I clicked the option button, and selected a folder on my D: drive where I wanted the program to go. It installed in the default location anyway (C:\Program Files (x86)\Hourglass).

Windows 7 64-bit.

BTW, an About pop-up would be handy. I checked Control Panel - Programs and Features to determine which version I was running.

That's an interesting problem I hadn't seen before...

As a workaround in the meantime, you should just be able to move the files to D: and it should still work just fine. Or you can try the portable version here.

(The About dialog really needs to happen soon: #78.)

Thanks, the portable version is the way to go for me. I don't really benefit from installing.
