Crash due to Invalid `Width` property

Crash occurs when the user right-clicks on any timer window:

It looks like some data is in a bad state, causing invalid values to be calculated here or here.

Clamping these values to be at least 0 is probably a good work around, but it would be nice to know what happened to the data in the first place.
