Continual restarts after loading proxies

Don't know exactly what's going on but here are the logs:
I'm just testing the bot out by connecting to a quick custom shopify I made, using a few good proxies of mine. It seems like it just loads all the proxies, then restarts entirely. The log is basically just repetitions of this, only sometimes does it say the initial check was successful.

What could be the problem here?
