Is there any way to change the mouse cursor style?

I would like to know if there is any way to change the mouse cursor style. Before dropping an element I need to check if the dragged item can be dropped in other element.

@lazaro3487 there is class added to dragging element -> code.

However, right row this no such filter logic for dragging
