readthedocs is on version 0.1.2 but github is on 0.1.4

http://flask-s3.readthedocs.org/en/latest/ shows documentation for 0.1.2 for some reason. So S3_USE_CACHE_CONTROL and other minor updates are missing.

Hey, seems to have all gone a bit clunky. Anyway, I've changed the docs on the README page. They now link to https://flask-s3.readthedocs.org/en/v0.1.4/
