How many area types?

Our [nchrp] Area Types (AT) are decided by three types: Rural, Mostly Rural and Urban. While the cards have 5 options: Rural, Suburban, Exurban, Urban and Other. “Unknown” option is provided in both the DBs. The AT information was not provided for all the states. And the ones which provided it only concentrated on Rural or Urban options. For the rest of the states we downloaded online DB which had AT by county. This DB only had the three AT defined in the NCHRP DB.

I'm fine with whatever here, but think that we will need more as other agencies other than state DOTs add projects.
