annotate the call level of a function in comment stub

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the comment stubs and related artefacts do not have information regarding the level of the function, with level-0 being leaf functions which don't call any other function defined in the source-code repository (calling bpf-helpers, libc and other std functions is OK).
We need to insert the same in some commen-stub artefact.
