[Frontend]Refresh the data in the right side after a new model is created

After a new model is created, the statistics and metrics in the right side of the page are not changed. These data should be updated.

The refresh of right-side data depends on the notification. At present, notification only include the creation action. In the future, notification will include the remove action as well.
