Missing icons in bootstrap glyphicons-halflings.png

shared-resources/resources/img/glyphicons-halflings-white.png get the whole icon list (140) but glyphicons-halflings.png has been cut and last row is missing.

How did you verify the missing data?

We should be using the default file, we did not cut things off, as shown by the archive: https://github.com/eXist-db/shared-resources/tree/master/resources/img

Now I see that the 'black' image is missing it; indeed one row is missing.
We added the file from the bootstrap distribution, so things must be wrong there

To fix the problem, I downloaded the bootstrap zip and put the attached
file back into existdb
Existdb: Version: 2.1 SVN Revision: 18721Build: 20130717
Shared Reesources module: Version: 0.3.6
