licensing issues and reuse

The goal of our online textbooks is that people can use them in their classes. This was even written into the HDR-EDSC award. However TOO TOO many people have contacted me or mentioned they wont' use it in their class because of the NC element. And by having it no derivs, it wont allow others to update in the future. Will work on keeping the course materials NC but the textbooks may be better served with CC-BYA which ensures future open license but also allows people to use in their courses as designed.
