Auto generate config.json file on first run

On first run the CLI should promt the user to input a token generated from canvas, and the url to their canvas LMS. This should create a config.json automatically.

Future improvement will be to authenticate via Oauth [https://canvas.instructure.com/doc/api/file.oauth.html]
