数据存储中的hostOnly和httpOnly在使用时是否需要取反

根据 Netscape cookie file 定义和 curl dev 的说明，

1. boolean FALSE - include subdomains
2. boolean TRUE - send/receive over HTTPS only
   对应存储的变量名 'hostOnly' 'httpOnly'

在自然语义中，hostOnly=TRUE 时 include subdomains 应为 FALSE，httpOnly=TRUE 时 HTTPS only 应为 FALSE。
所以在实际使用中，解密后是否应将这两个值取反？
