Make firmware check optional

The M115 firmware check cycle fails if machine is 'simulating' on RRF 3.5.2. This is being fixed in RRF 3.6 onwards.

But it is still a good idea to add an option to skip this test during init() for users who are confident of their wiring and configuration skills ;-)
