Update battery section input

Add battery section dropdown vals to be:

• Multiple choice

Additional changes:

• Max amp hours etc is fixed

• Max voltage and amp hours are dependent

• Rename voltage to cell voltage

Get rid of:

• Voltage soh soc

• Remove SOH and SOC / comment out
• Remove cell voltage / comment out
• Add default values above to dropdown
• Make possible to select multiple options from dropdown or a similar element (feel free to use multiple choice selector instead)
• Output selection into the config.py class as a list of selected values
