Upgrade Spring Framework to the latest one in Bulk

Currently we are using Spring Framework version 5.1.5. That version's support ended at the end of 2022.

We should upgrade to the latest version that is currently: 6.1.7 (https://spring.io/projects/spring-framework#learn)
