Probabilistic redemption "health factor" visualization

so I wanted to revisit the idea of a probabilistic "health factor" we can give users to understand their chance of redemption.
- does this make sense from a UX perspective, given that we may create expectations of not getting redeemed and user gets redeemed anyway
- how confident can we be in assertions here?
because redemptions are a bad UX, it would be great for users to get a heads-up of their chances or at least where they stand in relation to the system (e.g. you'll be redeemed at 5% of system, or 100 eBTC worth of redemptions)
