Remove "Launch App" - Top of page and bottom

Update Audit Links and replace "Code4rena" with "Cantina Audit" (Links for all audits will be provided)

Update "Learn more" in Built by Badger DAO section - Links to badger.com

Remove "Dao" from "Built by Badger DAO"
