Is possible disable Piwik?

Hi, when I login with a user, the page not load because:
5 GET http://joinup.acc.ne-dev.eu/piwik.js 503 (Service Unavailable)

About this, I have two doubts.

one, if about is possible disable piwik.

The second, I dont found in the code where the url
joinup.acc.ne-dev.eu is set, because I would like change it to my ip.

Hello @apastorini, disabling the piwik module is not possible at the moment. You can change the url from the page at /admin/config/system/piwik.
