Menu save redirection

When a new menu instance is created or an existing is updated, the user is redirected to the edit screen.
Also, the View tab includes a save button that also redirects to Edit tab.
Also, the "Add link" button is visible to the Edit tab but not to the View tab.

I think we could remove the View tab (and the canonical route) entirely.
