Scheduled posts are not posting

I schedule a large amount of posts sometimes, this is the second time after about 5 days the scheduled posts stop posting due to server error. I have tried to reschedule them and still they did not work.
There has been many days where every scheduled post has worked correctly. I have not been able to determine the issue, the only thing I can think of is maybe I have too many posts scheduled, but how much is too many?
